I swear this show keeps getting more and more awesome with every new episode. 6_6
Ok so this one starts out kind of gloomy considering the 6 otakus now have to attend the funeral of their savior, yui-san. Many people come to pay their respects including creepy corp guy @_@
After the funeral they are sitting in Akanechin (the maid cafe) and wondering what Akiba@deep should do next. Izumu shows them an AI program she and yui-san had put together and they ask it what they should do. The AI yui tells them that they have to come up with that themselves so they decide to make Akihabara@DEEP into a corporation. Akira takes the money from her fighting tournament in the last episode and rents a huge office space. They do a cleaning/fixing it up montage and then they all move in. There are figurines, wallscrolls, posters etc all over. it truly is an otaku paradise.
Shortly after opening they get their first client. A girl who loves to cosplay (mami) but is in danger of quitting because her name is being used to produce illegal spy-cam videos. The entire team dresses in cosplay (costumes made by Daruma-san of course) and goes to a cos-con to investigate. They discover that the culprit is none other than mami's cosplay partner Satsuki-san. She said she did it because she was jealous of being second all the time >_<
After solving the mystery the gang heads back to HQ to find the telephones all ringing off the hook. All the callers are people looking to have jobs done for them, some of them being quite strange and not at all something that Akiba@deep would do lol (like move a tree off the road or give a recipe lol) The last caller turns out to be a hang up that box thinks is a prank caller but its really the creepy corporate guy. The episode ends with a scene in his office. There are no words only him sitting there, twirling his chupa-chups lolli in his mouth. ^_^
Can't wait for the next one. ^_^
